My name is Barb and I'm the owner of Embellish It Scrapbooking. I started stamping about 13 years ago. I was in the Mall one day and saw a stamp store. I bought a couple of stamps, a Christmas tree and a moon (my middle dd was into stars and moons) 2 ink pads and jar of white embossing powder. I tried to make a card but it was awful. Then a friend of mine invited me to a Creative Memories party. I bought some paper and stickers. I still couldn't make a card. I thought I had a lot of stamping and scrapping stuff when it filled a wire basket that I put under my bed! A few years went by and I was invited to a Stampin' Up! party. I loved it! I finally learned HOW to make a card! I now have so many stamps sets and scrapbook paper that it fills a room. I finally decided that in order to support my habit I needed to go into business. I thought about a name for my store for long time. I thought Embellish It sounded good, since everything we do in stamping and scrapping needs embellishments! A few weeks after I opened my store, I found out there was another store called Embellish It, so I added the Scrapbooking. I love buying product for my store. I always try to get the newest and most popular items. I hope you'll visit my store and stop in and chat in forum. Hopefully by next week the new gallery will be ready and I'm hoping you'll share your cards and scrapbook layouts with us. Just stopping in to say hi :) As soon as I get some of my prior obligations met, I will start on some stamp and paper designs! YES, I want to buy that domain from you!!! Please? I never knew it was available! Last time I tried to get it, it said it was already taken. :(
Would it be too much to ask of you to sort of make me a list of things you would like to see in a kit? I know you sent me something on that before and I will go look it up...
I'm a newbie in the scrapping world...I mean I know all about page layout for the web and stuff like that but scrapping page layout is sort of new to me.
