Do you have that elusive photo?

The one that you really want to get and it just doesn't happen? I seem to have 2 of them. Every day I go and sit outside and enjoy the quiet time while waiting for Kevin and I forget to take the camera with me because I want a picture of the hummingbird that has been around lately. Today it had flown right up next to me so close that I could hear the whooshing sound of it's wings and would have been able to reach out and touch it. I missed that photo op again. Then, for weeks now there's been the ever elusive cardinal photo I want. This darned bird has landed every where around me like today after the hummingbird I heard something right above me on the roof of the garage and looked up and there he was sitting there looking down at me. He's landed and sat on the chair beside me out on our deck and he's sat right outside our kitchen window looking in. He has been so close so many times and I just can't get his pic because I never have the camera.

Do tell. Do you have that one photo that you want but just never can seem to get?

Oh, I have many....my daughter moves at the speed of light....so many times I want to catch her in the act of this or that and can't because the camera is upstairs or downstairs....not usually where I am!:rolleyes:

Yup.... that happens to me too. I hate it when I think I can finally get and realize my batteries are dead eeeekkkkk this just makes me so mad !
