WOW! I would love to see the $1 section in THAT Target!!!
A friend of mine lives in the area and she says it is huge. The downstairs is mostly food and grocery items and the upstairs is clothing, sporting goods, etc. They are having a problem with women who leave their purses in the cart and thieves are going up the upside and reaching and grabbing and turning back and running down.
