End to a Wonderful Weekend!

I hope you all had a great weekend!

We just got back from spending a day at the Circus World Museum. My little one loved seeing all the fun colored wagons, and the clowns and they even had a camel and elephant. I'm tired...it was a lot of driving to do in one day. And as I look around the house looks like another storm hit it...why does the chores never stop? I was glad to take a day to make some memories!

What a fun day! My weekend was cleaning and getting organized for this week.
Friday my oldest goes to NM on a mission trip. The youth group is going to have a Bible School on a reservation for the Navajo children. This will be a fun experience for him. Last year he went to Belize to help build housing for college students for a new college being built there. Came back and changed his mind from wanting to go into science research to architure and engineering. Wonder if he will change again when he come home? Ü Hope not cuz all his classes are set up for engineering his junior year in HS. Oh well, guess he is young.
Also Comstock (though a tiny village of 67ish) has a huge 4th of July celebration. It's an all day family event starting at 10:30 with a parade, then at one games in the park for ALL ages goes til 4, then music and karaoke til 6 pm, then ball games til dark then the fireworks.
After the parade, anyone related to us, ends up here at the farm for a BBQ then we head back for the games.
Since Benjamin leaves at 9 for NM the same day, I need to get everything ready so as soon as we get home we can start grilling. DH & I will miss the parade, but will have g'ma pick up Aaron so he won't.
