I have lots of questions. I really don't know what a RAK is or how this works (and I think I may have offended somebody when I told them they didn't need to RAK me).

I read the RAK chit-chattery forum and I am more confused now.

RAK - Random act of kindness

some site, I've been part of their was a list of things people were interested. And then someone would pick and item and send it to them. They would PM the forum/thread hostess for the person address.

A RAK is a random act of kindess. Usually a person will pick someone from a list of other rak'rs and make them a card or send them a little prize. Nothing big, but something they didn't expect to get. When you get a RAK you post a new thread thanking the person who sent you the RAK. You may send a RAK whenever you want. There are no rules. Just to say thanks when you get one! You don't have to send any if you don't want to but if you do you'll totally brighten someones day as it's totally unexpected! We'll have a list of names and address' of people who want to be in the RAK group and you can pick anyone you want to send one to. Did that help?

I did post a few rules but they are only courtesy rules...nothing written in stone.

An RAK members list will be emailed this weekend after everyone has had a chance to sign up.

Oh uh..... did you sign me up? I wanna do it too! If you give me a list of usernames for the RAK group, I'll make a usergroup just for them!

I did not sign you up yet...Do we need a user group? I set it up under Social Groups? Just let me know which way you prefer. Thanks so much!

both maybe? Heck if I know! I haven't looked much into the social groups but that sounds cool. I guess I'll have to figure out my own forum!
