So I thought I would give this a shot too. I have been making a bunch of birthday cards with the BG Cupcake line. I submitted 3 in yesterday and just got an email saying one would be featured on the gallery home page.

So that made my day a little better.:)

well, I did post a couple of things and just the front of one of the paperbag albums. WOW! That's alot of work to go thru to upload!! I used so many different BG papers on my albums. Next time I will keep a journal of what name the papers were.

Can someone help me? I can't upload anything. I either get an error that says my e-mail needs to be accepted or I'm taken to a page that says "you are logged in". So I go back try to upload and it takes me to the same page. I sent an e-mail to BG and they send me one and all it has in it is the link to the newsletter??????

Debbie, maybe you should clear your internet cache and history. If that doesn't work, you could always try rebooting your computer.

thanks Barb I will try that. I e-mailed them again, but haven't heard anything. I didn't have any problems the first time.
The weird thing is that they don't have me listed as a designer, but my stuff IS there and when I log in, it says "you are a BG designer"!!

okay, can someone tell me step by step how to do this?
I have cleared not only cookies but everything (which is a pain, cuz then I have to re log into everthing.
It is still doing the same thing. It says I am a registered designer, but no where can I upload.

I'm no help cause I'm not a designer, but I looked in the designers list and I didn't see your name. I am old and can't see though so it could be that!

my name is NOT in the list, but I have stuff that was accepted. When I sign in, the page tells me I'm a designer, but my name is still not in the list.

I have tried everything I can think of.

Did you just use the contact page or did you email someone personally at BG?

It doesn't sound like it's on your end but theirs. I would just keep trying to email them to find out why you were purged out of their system.

I have e-mailed both. I e-mailed the general contact and all I got was an e-mail with a link to sign up for their newsletter (which I already am!). I also e-mailed gallery@basicgrey.com several times and have had NO responses. I have been trying to upload since July. My last entry was on June 27th. I even sent them that link to show that it was on there!

I did. I just used another e-mail. Now I wonder if I will be able to upload anything tomorrow? So I am uploading a ton of stuff now. Takes forever finding the names of all the patterns!

It does! I have to open another tab up to just look at the different paper lines and paper. I can't see those little tiny thumbnails you have to look at.
