Vacation ?

So when you pack for vacation do you pack light or everything but the kitchen sink?

I'm beginning to pack for our weekend mini vacation and I'm trying to pack light. I used to pack EVERYTHING and found it was just way too much work.

I try and pack light. When we fly everything is just barely under the 50 pound limit. I think when the kids older we won't have to pack as much of their stuff as I do now.
