When I started scrapping 7 years ago I would obsess over a layout and obsess, it would take me a few days to finish.

Since then....I can probably whip one out within an hour but I think the norm is like 3 hours.:D

I think the longest I've worked on one is about 7 hours (straight) and the shortest is probably maybe and hour and a half. I probably average 3 hours or so.

I am a very slow scrapper.

I am such a perfectionist . I just cant walk away till its just right !

But i have had some of my fav layouts go smoothly and quickly in under and hour and others have taken days.

That's a tough one. It depends if I can just work on it without interruption. I've started ones that have taken me a few days because dh or son need something and then something else comes up and I don't get back to it right away.

If I can work on it without interruptions, it takes me a 2 maybe 3 hours tops. I arrange and then rearrange before attaching anything and then if I don't like it I may start it all again until I find what I want or I have pictured in my mind. Then, I go and attach everything.

The shortest one took me 30 minutes. It was the first one I ever did and I didn't have a lot of embellishments or anything to work with so it was a pretty simple lo but still looked nice.

It all depends for me too. I am a fast scrapper so I try for an hour or less to get a single page done. Sometimes I'll come back to it the next day and add a few more things (that happens about half the time). But I am always interrupted by the kids so it an hour can be 15 minutes here and 25 minutes there and 20 minutes there again.

The longest time to finish a layout was two months. It was my first and only layout, finished in October 2007.
