Weekend Plans?

It's Thursday! Getting so close to the weekend I can taste it! Yay!

Anyone have some fun plans set? Friday night I'm having a few girlfriends over for a taco bar and then SCRAPPING the night away! I'm looking forward to it! I think Saturday I'll be planting and picking up around the house. I would like to go to the new Indiana Jones movie Sat night. Already lined up a sitter.

We'll be opening the pool and planting here this weekend too....have to get my real garden planted. Can't believe we FROZE Tuesday night here! Argh! Lost some of my new flowers even though they were covered! :mad:

We're going to be getting and planting some flowers for our patios and getting the stuff we need for things to be ready for our new dryer to be delivered. I hope to do some more crafting. I'm on a roll right now. :)

we have my niece's bday party on Sat. So family will be up. Then I think Sunday, dd is going back home with my mom. I've got to call and see if it's ok. since mom just had niece for 2 weeks she may want a break.
other then that, I have to finish cleaning my scrap area.

We couldn't wait for the weekend (my DH and I) and are going to dinner tonight at a new French place. This weekend I want to get the pool out so the kids can play. It's supposed to be in the 90's. I want to transplant some of my seedlings into boxes for my box garden. I need to find some time to come up with some card designs and scrap some too.

I'm spending Saturday at Dance Recitals and Sunday I have a baby shower. I won't have time to do anything else, I don't think! It's 2 different recitals and it will last all day Sat.

Just talked with my mom about dd going back home with her for a week. that is set now. So have to get her packed and keep her calm about going.

DD has a dance recital on Saturday and I'm shooting a wedding on Sunday. I've been so nervous about it I wish it would just get and get over. LOL I would like to complete my new photo organization but that will probably have to wait. Right now I need to get to the craft room. I wanted to make bookmarks for DS's class and I need them done in 2 hrs!!

I'm going to have a really fun weekend!

today, at lunch time will be my 2nd series in my facial package I bought. Then I'm trying to get in to see my hair stylist to get my hair corrected. Long story there!

Fri - no plans, but I'm going to try the mass transit bus here in LA for my work commute. Just to see if I can handle it. eek!

Sat - I'm hosting a museum event and lunch for a group of friends for the Terracota Soldiers exhibit (these are the clay soldiers from China from the Forbidden City. They're here in LA). Then I have a wedding to attend.

Sun - I'm hosting a brunch and movie outing for various groups of friends to see Sex in the City in an open air mall in the center of LA. We're all so looking foward to this.

I usually don't have THAT much of a life, it just all kinda landed on the same weekend.
