If you purchase a defective Alphabet Garden Designs product, or perhaps one that is not up to your reasonable satisfaction, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a credit for future purchases or an exchange (less shipping and handling). Custom orders may not be returned unless it is defective. We do not stock our products, everything is custom made when it is ordered. Therefore, in most cases, we cannot re-sell your item. We will do our best to make you happy with your purchase, but we cannot be responsible for ordering errors.
